The Villa Hautes-Fagnes is situated on the heights of the town of Malmedy, a tourist town known to be a successful example of the marriage of culture and nature. Its majestic cathedral and its former monastery, now restored as a cultural and tourist centre: the Malmundarium is located in the heart of this flowered city.

- Reservation of 2 nights minimum.
- July, August, Christmas and New Year: 4 nights minimum.
- Bed linen is obligatory. It is possible to rent it for 95 €/stay.
- In season, possibility to heat the swimming pool between 24 and 26 °C.
- Deposit of 500 €.
